Background

“My body is My Temple and Asanas are My Prayers”.

B.K.S. Iyengar

Ippolita is a long-time yoga practitioner with experience in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow, and a certified Hatha Yoga teacher since November 2018 (500 hours).

She strongly believes that yoga is a form of magic, as it helps people feel better from the inside out: it supports healing, prevents injuries and illness, and builds both flexibility and strength. Through yoga, she has learned how to bring things together—uniting body and breath, mind and intention, and action with purpose. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that it is not about how far one goes in a pose, but who one is within the pose that truly matters.

Yoga and healthy living are an essential part of her lifestyle. She enjoys sharing her experience with her students, encouraging them to take valuable time for themselves and cultivate awareness and self-care through practice.

She teaches in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
