I am a long time Yoga student (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Vinyasa Flow) and a certified Hatha Yoga teacher since November 2018 (500 hours). I believe that yoga is magic because it makes people feel better from the inside out; it heals and prevents injuries and illnesses, and creates flexibility and strength. Yoga has taught me how to bring things together; how to unite my body and breath, my mind with my intentions, and my actions with purpose. I’ve learned that it’s not how far I go in a pose, it’s who I am in the pose that matters. Yoga and healthy living are part of my lifestyle and I like to share my experience with my students teaching them to take valuable time for themselves. My lesson focuses on relaxation, connecting to the breath, Hatha style warming flow, reflective meditation, working on breath, strength, flexibility, and balance. I can teach in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
